No. The data layer is built in your own cloud tenant, under the access model you approve.

Who owns the data and the output?

You do. Your data and everything it produces stay yours. Vivitec keeps its code and architecture, never your data.

What are we locked into?

Nothing. The Run service is month-to-month, and you are not tied to one AI model or vendor.

Do we need someone in-house to run it?

No. After launch, Vivitec monitors and maintains it through the monthly Run service.
